The Project
Lexington Gardens II is an exciting new fully-affordable mixed-use project to be developed in East Harlem located between 107th and 108th Street and Park and Lexington Avenues.
The project will bring 400 new units of affordable housing for households ranging from very low to middle and moderate income.
Lexington Gardens II will be home to a new state-of-the-art headquarters for the Northside Center for Child Development, a nonprofit with a longstanding history of service to the Harlem community that provides expert behavioral, mental health, education and enrichment programs to children and families.
Union Settlement will also expand to Lexington Gardens II and continue to serve East Harlem residents of all ages each year through its education, health, senior services, youth development, childcare, counseling, and economic development programs.
Lexington Gardens II will also feature an exciting retail opportunity located at the corner of 108th Street and Lexington Avenue which will be a great addition to the neighborhood.
Construction is expected to begin early summer 2017 and to be completed in 2020.
